Project environment of the limnologist
\n\"V\u00e4lle Broar\" <\/strong>in V\u00e4xj\u00f6 is currently the largest contiguous new timber construction project in the country, with an area of 15 hectares, up to 1,500 projected apartments in seven to eight-storey timber construction and commercial space of 50,000 square metres. The city of V\u00e4xj\u00f6's university has its own course of study in timber house construction and is considered a leader in research on timber construction techniques. The government in Stockholm has a vision: in ten years, wood should be the most common building material in all of Sweden - and, as the industry there hopes, in the longer term also in all of Europe.<\/p>\n
