\"\"<\/a>61381 Friedrichsdorf:<\/strong> 70,000 m\u00b2 of gross building land not far from Frankfurt were developed into a residential quarter. The winner of a multi-stage selection process by the city of Friedrichsdorf, which was accompanied by NH ProjektStadt, was the FRANK Group, which developed the eco-settlement together with the Baufr\u00f6sche architecture firm. Completion: 2021

<\/div>In addition to integrated urban development, the project pays special attention to ecological aspects of construction, energy efficiency and energy supply. A local heating network is being built, with an ice store at its centre. E-mobility is another topic, so two e-cars will enable carpooling for the residents. The flat roofs will be extensively greened.<\/p>\n

Realised were:<\/strong>
\n- 350 flats in 150 buildings on 7 ha for approx. 700 people
\n- Wooden residential tower (realised?), terraced and semi-detached houses, condominiums, rental flats, senior flats
\n- Total investment volume of 125 million euros<\/p>\n
