Completion: 2030<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Mit der neuen Entwicklung entstehen nach den Entw\u00fcrfen des Landschaftsarchitekten Franz Damm von uniola neben dem \u00f6ffentlichen Park insgesamt Gr\u00fcn- und Freifl\u00e4chen von rund 60.000 m\u00b2. Neben der Verbesserung der Aufenthaltsqualit\u00e4t hat das neue Gr\u00fcn vor allem das Ziel, das Mikroklima deutlich zu verbessern. Die umfassende Entsiegelung des heutigen Beton-, Stein- und Asphaltbodens sowie die zuk\u00fcnftige massive Begr\u00fcnung k\u00f6nnen nach den Berechnungen der Planungsb\u00fcros in hei\u00dfen Sommern zu einer angenehmen Abk\u00fchlung f\u00fchren.<\/p>\n<p>Im Sinne eines m\u00f6glichst geringen CO\u2082-Verbrauchs durch Einsparung von Beton werden die Geb\u00e4ude \u00fcberwiegend in Holzhybrid-Bauweise erstellt. Das Quartier wird in Bezug auf die Energieversorgung besonders nachhaltig geplant und im Energieeffizienzstandard EH 40 erstellt.
