Planned completion: end of 2021<br \/>\n<!--more--><br \/>\nDevelopment by the development company \"moderne stadt\" with various actors from privately financed housing, cooperatives and building groups. The award procedure for the plots for building groups on the east side ran from 2013 to 2016.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Construction costs<\/strong><br \/>\nFor the construction project \"Pandion Fine\" sales prices between 3,900 and 5,000 euros were given.
