As of 1.1.2016, WOGENO has a total of 19 houses in Munich with 530 apartments occupied by WOGENO members. The newest Wogeno house is the new buildings with 110 residential units at DomagkPark, which were occupied at the end of 2015.<br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>An overview of the 19 Wogeno houses can be found here:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.wogeno.de\/haeuser\/haeuser-im-portrait.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">www.wogeno.de\/...haeuser-im-portrait.html<\/a><br \/>\nNew buildings are planned in Prinz-Eugen-Park (PEP), in Riem-Zentrum Ost (RIO) and in Freiham:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.wogeno.de\/haeuser\/aktuelle-daten.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">www.wogeno.de\/haeuser\/aktuelle-daten.html<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Wogeno's ecological commitment<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The \"Carbon Footprint\" of the WOGENO houses<br \/>\nused to exist, but can't be found on the website anymore (as of 1\/2020)<\/p>\n<p>Energy supply<br \/>\nWOGENO currently has CHP and PV plants operated at nine locations by its subsidiary Cohaus M\u00fcnchen GmbH. With a currently installed electrical output of 336 kWp (el), WOGENO has been able to greatly expand its power plant pool in recent years.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.isarwatt.de\/energie\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">www.isarwatt.de\/energie<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Mobility offers<br \/>\nNew WOGENO buildings are consistently equipped with mobility services in order to offer the house communities alternatives to their own cars. In this way, the number of private cars can be permanently reduced without any loss of comfort. In addition, all users benefit from mostly lower costs compared to owning a car. By the way: Not only the house communities can benefit from the offers.
