The highlight: The shredded material is mixed in with the gravel for new concrete and thus no longer ends up in the piles of construction waste. \"This, of course, reduces the amount of sand and other materials I need for a concrete ceiling,\" Dosch reports. Soon, he says, every basement slab will be made of recycled concrete. The area in D\u00fcrwi\u00df has shown that this construction method is not significantly more expensive. The free initial consultation by the Factor X Agency is a prerequisite for acquiring a plot of land in a Factor X residential area. Basic questions about resource-efficient building are explained and questions from those interested in building are answered.
\nAfter this consultation, potential developers have the opportunity to reserve a plot of land in order to subsequently carry out the necessary construction and resource efficiency planning. If the plans comply with the development plan and the Factor X specifications, the plot can be purchased and construction work can begin on the Factor X housing estate.<\/p>\n
