The conservation of natural resources is at the forefront of this project, which is being developed under the name \"Faktor X\", already established in specialist circles. Further key data: 55,500 square metres of living space, around 110 building plots and an extension to the forest kindergarten are planned. Completion: 2024<br \/>\n<!--more--><br \/>\nMaterials such as wood, natural insulation layers and recycled building materials are to be used in the planned resource conservation housing estate. The buildings constructed with these materials consume fewer resources and less energy than highly insulated, high-tech buildings and are significantly more climate-friendly over their entire life cycle - from construction to demolition,\" explains Klaus Dosch, head of the development company's Faktor-X agency.
