The settlement area of Lebensraum Lilienthal e.V. is 3 hectares in size. Approx. 70 residential units can be built on 9 building windows. Heating and hot water will be provided by district heating, except for the passive houses. The rainwater is collected as service water and used as toilet flushing water or seeps away on the green roofs of some of the houses.<\/p>\n

\"Ansicht\"<\/a>The residents of the settlement park their vehicles in shared parking spaces. One parking space is acquired per residential unit. Peter-Sonnenschein-Strasse is only permitted for special vehicles and is designated as a residential street.<\/p>\n

Open spaces
\nPublic areas are: Bicycle and pedestrian paths, green strips and water areas, playground and Bolzwiese. On an area that the municipality has made available to us, small kitchen gardens are created for a small annual rent.<\/p>\n

A community house to be used by all residents of the settlement for all kinds of activities and events is under discussion.<\/p>\n
