It has existed since 1979 on 18,566 m<sup>2<\/sup> as a self-managed cultural project.<br \/>\n<!--more--><br \/>\nTotal area: 18,500 ha<br \/>\nUsable area: 7 buildings with approx. 10,000 sqm<br \/>\nLiving space: 2,000 sqm; living space for approx. 35 people (=&gt; approx. 12 WEs)<br \/>\nOffice, club and commercial space: 5,000 sqm<br \/>\nEvent space: 3,000 sqm<\/p>\n<p>In addition to the 35 communards, another 220 people work on the grounds in the areas of the International Cultural Center, Neighborhood and Self-Help Center, Guest House, Farm, Caf\u00e9 Ol\u00e9, Free School, Bakery and Organic Shop.
