The aim was to save costs and space with the help of the \"Quadro-Haus\" concept with a tent roof. The housing estate was built with the support of the state subsidy programme \"resource-saving building\". Completion: ~1999

Private <\/b>Residential and play street<\/strong>
\nThe loose division of the houses into small groups creates spatial situations that are intended to encourage the residents to come into contact with each other. The children can meet on the private residential and play street, which was designed on the basis of classic village residential structures. Important to the architects are retreats into the private sphere, through gardens and terraces that are protected from view. The play street is only used by residents.<\/p>\n
