Architect: G\u00fcnter zur Nieden, L\u00fcbeck, Completion: 1998<br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The top priority in the implementation was the synthesis of healthy, energy- and cost-saving construction with child- and family-friendly floor plans and appealing, modern architecture. In order to be able to combine these objectives, the client and architect opted for a timber panel construction method that was as ecological as it was innovative, in conjunction with the targeted use of loam.<\/p>\n<p>The construction of the Blessesahl housing estate in L\u00fcbeck took only eight months.
