The four-storey building rows with multi-storey apartments are accessed via arcades, the block is closed at both ends with two-storey \"terraced houses\". The variety of apartments - 2- to 5-room apartments from 54 m<sup>2<\/sup> up to 107 m<sup>2<\/sup> - and their elderly-friendly, partially wheelchair-accessible development and furnishings are aimed at a mixed resident population: families, single people, disabled people, senior citizens.
