A highly insulated solid U-shaped building to the north is supplemented from the south by a timber frame fa\u00e7ade with storey-high summer-shaded window areas. Ceilings and roof are also timber construction. The interior fittings are in accordance with building biology requirements.<\/p>\n<p>The heat is generated via a solar-supported wood pellet centre in the underground car park under the southern row of houses.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Builder:<\/strong> LEG Baden-W\u00fcrttemberg. 17 terraced houses, 2,000 m\u00b2 gross floor area.
