Projektkosten: ca. 250 Mio. Euro. Das weitestgehendste Projekte einer Dezentralen Wasserver- und Entsorgung derzeit in Europa: Vakuumtoiletten, Biogasgewinnung und Abwassertrennung (HAMBURG WATER Cycle\u00ae). Mit dem gewonnenen Biogas wird in einem quartierseigenen Heizkraftwerk klimaneutral W\u00e4rme und Strom f\u00fcr den neuen Stadtteil erzeugt. Das Projekt wird also klimaneutrales Wohnen und eine nachhaltige Entw\u00e4sserung erm\u00f6glichen. from the environment are added: Fats from restaurants, lawn clippings shredded to pulp and food scraps from the housing estate. The gas turbine cogeneration plant generates an electrical output of 130 kW and a thermal output of 240 kW from the biogas. The heat is used for heating in the settlement. Project costs: approx. 250 million euros. The most far-reaching project of a decentralised water supply and disposal system currently in Europe: vacuum toilets, biogas production and waste water separation (HAMBURG WATER Cycle\u00ae). The biogas produced will be used to generate heat and electricity for the new district in a climate-neutral manner in the district's own combined heat and power plant.
