Energy<\/strong><\/td>\nSix of the buildings on the FertighausWelt site are built to the PlusEnergyHouse standard. This means that they have a highly insulated building envelope, large-scale photovoltaic systems, a heat pump and a controlled ventilation system with heat recovery. The buildings from HUF HAUS, WeberHaus and Bien-Zenker also have battery storage in the house.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Building materials \/ <\/strong>
\n Building Biology<\/strong><\/td>\n		These are predominantly prefabricated houses in timber construction, but otherwise with conventional building materials.<\/p>\n

The exception is the show house of the company Baufritz. It has high ecological and building biology standards<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
