Neben den geplanten 5000 Wohnungen für mehr als 10.000 Menschen sollen auch alle weiteren Einrichtungen wie Schulen, Kitas, Sportanlagen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten so weit es geht in Holzbauweise entstehen.
