The intention is to create living space for 15,000 residents. Six new neighborhoods are to be developed in Freiburg's west along the Dietenbach as a climate-neutral and colorful district with short distances, open spaces, schools, sports facilities, daycare centers and shopping opportunities. It should be possible to move into the first apartments around 2025/2026. Completion: ~2035</p>
