18055 Rostock: 108 apartments in 11 buildings. Apartment sizes between 44 and 93 m². Location: Brinckmanshöhe residential park. Completion: 2000

Priority energy project with solar energy supply: 1,000 sqm collector area and 30 cubic meters buffer storage. Green roof, wooden windows and natural stone floors/marble among others, but also laminate, conventional insulation and PVC. Artist-designed house entrances, park-like outdoor areas, lockable bicycle boxes.
