The building received an "Excellent" rating under the BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method) sustainability certification system.

Davon bis heute als Siedlungen gut erhalten sind ca. 100 Musterhäuser mit mehr als 250 Wohnungen, die zum größten Teil im ursprünglichen Zustand und die meisten unter Denkmalschutz stehen. Realisiert wurden sie zwischen 1918 und 1940.
