Economics
Socio-cultural Close cohesion of the group of builders in the planning and construction phase, intensive neighbourhood in the use phase. Community house, wood workshop, ecological shopping community (Grashalm e.V.). The settlement was initiated by the residents from the surroundings of a Waldorf school.
