Individual projects

Energy At least passive house standard, connection to local heating network with central heat storage, the so-called "energy bunker".

Study (10/2016): Hamburg builds energy-saving houses cost-neutrally
The authors of the study examined the key cost factors, focusing on building-specific parameters such as project size and compactness on the one hand and building efficiency parameters on the other.
It cannot be determined that construction costs decrease with increasing project size. Although they are lowest on average for projects with more than 3,500 square metres of living space, they are highest for medium-sized projects. The median, i.e. the central value, was taken into account. The study also found that costs vary most for small projects. And there are no cost advantages in building "blocks", i.e. buildings that are as compact as possible.
