Eble Messerschmidt Architects and Urban Planners PartGmbH
Joachim Eble (born 1944) has been running his planning office as an architect and urban planner in Tübingen since 1981. He is regarded as a pioneer of ecological and building-biological housing and housing development. With the Schafbrühl-Siedlung in Tübingen, together with fellow architects Sambeth Oed Häfele, he realised the first large ecological settlement in Europe, which was completed in 1984. In the meantime, the planning office realizes sustainable quarters, settlements and buildings worldwide. Rolf Messerschmidt (born 1968) has been office manager of Joachim Eble Architektur since 2001. Since April 2017, Rolf Messerschmidt has been a partner and co-owner of the office.
