50733 Cologne-Nippes: around 1,200 apartments will be built on the 14.5 ha site of the former Clouth rubber works, and space for 500 jobs will be created on around 25,000 m² of gross floor area. Planned completion: end of 2021
Development by the development company "moderne stadt" with various actors from privately financed housing, cooperatives and building groups. The award procedure for the plots for building groups on the east side ran from 2013 to 2016.
Construction costs
For the construction project "Pandion Fine" sales prices between 3,900 and 5,000 euros were given. (Note: the sales prices are not to be confused with the construction costs).
