Dalston Lane at INFORMATIONSDIENST HOLZ
121 flats on 12,500 m² of floor space and a further 3,500 m² of commercial space are currently being built in London, Dalston Lane. This is currently the largest solid timber building in the world. 3,500 m³ of cross-laminated timber are being used across nine storeys. Architect: Andrew Waugh.

The Ministry of the Environment in Thuringia has increased the funding for the Solar Invest Program by a further 1.3 million euros as of July 1, 2017. After Erfurt already increased the originally planned funding amount of 2.5 million euros by 1.9 million euros in April, a total of 5.7 million euros is available for this year to accelerate the expansion of photovoltaics in Thuringia.

The Federal Cabinet today approved a draft for the Climate Protection Act and now mentions, among other things, a new expansion target for photovoltaics in the Climate Protection Programme 2030. The law now enters the parliamentary consultations.
