Key sustainability measures
Ecology Hemp is one of the oldest cultivated plants in the world and has been cultivated again in Germany since 1995. As a renewable resource, hemp is able to provide a valuable raw material without harming the environment. It makes no special demands on the soil, grows almost everywhere, is a good CO2 reservoir and grows up to 4 m high within 100 days without the use of herbicides and pesticides.Originally, the houses were planned in passive construction, but this was not realized.
